Refund and Return Policy:

We have a 100% guarantee to ensure that every item you purchase from New Self Image / Maternal Instincts meets your expectation. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags still attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Credits will be issued to the original credit card. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return/ exchange to be processed. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. In case of a returnor exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
